Dr. Vivek Bhardwaj

Founder & Lead Educator

Dr. Vivek Bhardwaj founded SIDI with a vision to transform how CAD and CAE skills are taught in India. He earned his M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi). His doctoral and post-doctoral research focused on tribological system design, machine design, bearing lubrication. He also holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

With extensive experience spanning both higher education research and industrial engineering management, Dr. Bhardwaj bridges the critical gap between academic theory and practical execution. An active reviewer for prestigious international SCI journals, his expertise encompasses advanced CAE, 3D CAD modeling in PTC Creo Parametric, ANSYS FEA simulation, and Industry 4.0 applications. At SIDI, he personally mentors students, conducts design reviews, and leads masterclasses to ensure every candidate develops top-tier design capabilities.
