3. Profile Evaluation & Mentor Counseling – Complete a profile evaluation call with our Academic Admissions Team, followed by a 1-on-1 batch alignment session directly with Lead Mentor Dr. Vivek Bhardwaj (IIT Delhi Ph.D.) to finalize your schedule and ASDC student registration.

1. Academic Programs & Broad Topics

Option A: Advanced CAD & Product Validation Masterclass (120 Hours)

• Instructor: Taught directly by Lead Mentor Dr. Vivek Bhardwaj (Ph.D., IIT Delhi).
• Suitable For: B.Tech / M.Tech Students, Engineering Graduates, and Working Professionals.
• Software Covered: PTC Creo Parametric + ANSYS Workbench.
• Credentials: Dual Qualification – Official ASDC / NCVET NSQF Level 5.5 Qualification (QP Code: ASC/N8114) + SIDI Certificate in Product Validation.

Broad Topic Streams

• Parametric CAD & Complex Assemblies: Feature-Based Part Architecture, Bottom-Up Sub-Assemblies, Top-Down Skeleton Architecture, and Mechanism & Motion Analysis in PTC Creo Parametric.
• Industrial Surfacing & Sheet Metal Engineering: Class-A Freeform Surfacing, Multi-Surface Boundary Blending, and Sheet Metal Fabrication Workflows.
• Production Standards & Technical Documentation: ASME Y14.5 GD&T Implementation, Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA), and Model-Based Definition (MBD).
• Virtual Product Validation & FEA: Structural Integrity Analysis, Modal Dynamics, and Multi-Physics Simulation in Creo Simulate & ANSYS Workbench.
• Design Optimization & R&D Projects: Structural Stress Optimization, Topological Weight Reduction, and Recruiter-Ready R&D Portfolio Engineering.

Option B: Computer Aided Product Design Program

• Instructor: Taught directly by Lead Mentor Dr. Vivek Bhardwaj (Ph.D., IIT Delhi).
• Suitable For: Diploma Engineers, eligible ITI/technical candidates, eligible B.Tech. / UG students, and working professionals meeting the qualification requirements.
• Software Covered: PTC Creo Parametric.
• Credential: Official ASDC / NCVET NSQF Level 5.5 Qualification (QP Code: ASC/N8114).

Broad Topic Streams

• Parametric 3D Modeling & Automation: Feature-Based Part Architecture, Part Standardization, Parametric Variant Management, and Feature Automation in PTC Creo Parametric.
• Assembly Architecture & Motion: Top-Down & Bottom-Up Assembly Fundamentals, Component Mating Standards, Large Assembly Performance Management, and Kinematic Motion Visualization.
• Industrial Sheet Metal Design: Sheet Metal Enclosure Design, Flange Standards, Bend Allowances, and Flat Pattern Development.
• Detailed Drawing & Production Standards: Standardized Detailed Drawing Creation, Orthographic Projections, Limits, Fits, and Fundamentals of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

SIDI’s training programs align strictly with recognized national framework standards while incorporating advanced, industry-ready workflows:

• Computer Aided Product Design Program: Fully conforms to the national qualification standard set by the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) and approved under the NCVET NSQF Framework (QP Code: ASC/N8114 | NSQF Level 5.5 | Training Centre ID: ASC/SDC/06/73/105).
• Advanced CAD & Product Validation Masterclass (120 Hours): Integrates the official ASDC/NCVET NSQF Level 5.5 qualification baseline with SIDI’s specialized, high-level CAE & Product Validation curriculum (FEA Stress Analysis, ANSYS Workbench, and Topology Optimization).
